What to do when you arrive on Campus?
Please first check in at the registration desk on the 2nd floor of Kane Hall which can be found
here.
Kane Hall is within walking distance of all the conference hotels (Hotel Deca, University Inn, and Watertown Inn)
Some additional information:
If you are an invited speaker:
Find the speaker ready room in Kane Hall
Room 234
and upload your talk at least 4 hours prior to your speaking time
Familiarize yourself with the podium in
Room 210
If you are a podium presenter:
Find the speaker ready room in Kane Hall
Room 234
and upload your talk at least 4 hours prior to your speaking time
Familiarize yourself with the podium in
Room 210
Introduce yourself to the session moderator
If you are a poster presenter:
Find the location of your poster (either
Room 220
, the 2nd Floor Hallway, or the Walker Ames Room

- all on the second floor of Kane Hall)
You may put your poster up on starting 8am on Thursday, September 16, 2010
If you are a volunteer:
Check with Volunteer Coordinator Kerim Genc at the Registration Desk 2nd floor of Kane Hall
Plan on wearing your i-FAB shirt for all three days (even when giving podium presentations)
If you have extra guests travelling with you:
Make sure that your guest(s) are registered for the Banquet Cruise on Friday September 17 if you wish them to attend (there is a guest fee of $100). Tickets are available at the Registration Desk but preferably should be pre-purchased on the registration site
