Poster presentations will represent a significant part of the Congress program. Attractive poster display space will be available at the meeting venue. A poster reception with wine and cheese and authors present will be held on Thursday September 16 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm.

The following guidelines should be followed in the preparation of posters:

  • Posters will be located in Walker Ames room (Kane Hall, 225), with the conference exhibitors
  • Posters must reflect the material summarized in your submitted abstract
  • Maximum poster size is 42 inches horizontal by 42 inches vertical. The background poster board is 48 inches (height) by 96 (length) inches, with two poster presentations assigned to each side of the board
  • Each poster’s assigned space will be identified by a number corresponding to the number of the poster listed in the Program Book
  • Poster set-up is Thursday, September 16, 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Posters are expected to remain up for the duration of the conference
  • Poster teardown is Saturday, September 18, 5:00pm - 7:00pm
  • Presenters must attend the Poster Session on Thursday September 16, 5:30pm to 7:00pm
  • Presenters of odd-numbered posters must be available to answer questions from 5:30pm to 6:15pm, while presenters of even-numbered posters must be available from 6:15pm to 7:00pm
  • Presenters are encouraged to be at their posters during coffee breaks throughout the conference
  • Posters may be attached with push pins or Velcro. The vendor will have a supply of both on hand for poster presenters
