If you’ll be traveling to Seattle by air,
Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) International Airport
is the nearest airport to the University of Washington. Transportation options to and from the University of Washington (as well as parking info) can be found

AIRPORT SHUTTLE [Shuttle Express, 425-981-7000]
Shuttle Express is a 24-hour service providing pick ups and drop offs 24 hours a day. Reservations are highly recommended, however walk-ups at the airport are accepted. Rates are $19.00 one way (per person) between the airport and the University district. For more information visit:

LIGHT RAIL
A great and inexpensive way of getting into town from the airport is Seattle’s new light rail system which opened in 2009. See:
