In this workshop we will examine the anatomy of the human foot from a functional perspective. We will cover musculoskeletal (bones, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments) as well as neurological and vascular anatomy of the human foot in a comprehensive layer-by-layer approach. We will address clinically-relevant anatomy of the normal foot, and where possible, we will examine the anatomy of various pathological conditions. Models, computer images and plastinated cadaveric specimens will be used to facilitate a hands-on approach.
